Q: How long does it take my order to ship?
A: We offer many different shipping options from next day air to standard UPS 3-5 day ground service, or US Postal Service.

Q: Can I ship to an address outside of the US?
A: Yes. We can ship to Canada and the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No European orders please for the time being.

Q: Cancellations?
A: You may cancel your order if the item is out of stock. All other cancellations must be made through our Customer Service department (service@phyterra.com)

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns after purchase. Remember yeast is a living organism and will be damaged by extended or repeated periods of warm temperatures. Please contact your local retail supplier of Phyterra yeast products and allow them to help you identify and solve the problem.

Q: Can I make changes to an order after it has been processed?
A: Yes, by contacting us within 24 hours via email and we can change the order if it has not yet been processed.
